Solace is a short top-down game made for Comfy Jam: Autumn 2026.

You arrive in a quiet village looking for easy money. Locals need their gardens cleared before autumn really settles in. Simple work. Easy money.

  • A walkable village and short character-driven story
  • Tool progression: broom -> rake -> vacuum -> blower
  • Dialogue with a handful of neighbors and someone else watching from the edges.
  • Made in Godot 4.7 and browser playable

Controls

  • Use tool: Left mouse button (aim with the mouse)
  • Vacuum: Left click to suck, right click to dump (when you have the vacuum)

Solace is a very cute little game, the graphics are beautiful, and the story is intriguing! I really enjoyed playing it !

Wrangling the leaves into a pile and shoving them back in the forest was very satisfying. A cute game!

What a pleasure it was to clean up these gardens and unravel this mystery… it brought back memories of precious moments from my dear childhood.
